Requirements:

  • A one (1) year employment contract, accompanied by proof of the existence of the company (e.g., public registry certificate and operating notice). A work permit must be obtained from the Ministry of Labor and Workforce Development for residence approval.
  • Investment in real estate, with a minimum value of TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS (USD 200,000.00), which may be financed by a bank in Panama.
  • A Fixed-Term Deposit for a minimum amount of TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS (USD 200,000.00).

Residence granted under any of these categories extends to the applicant’s children, spouse, and parents, provided the relationship is substantiated with a certificate issued by the competent authority of the applicant’s country, duly legalized.
